In the assessment, the team identifies an immediate plan to assist the families with ongoing support, based on the number of hours requested during the identified times in which the individual needs help. UBT offers protective supervision of the individual with support to the family home. We provide additional support to the family by teaching the methods of our behavioral intervention practices while providing the tools and materials to help the individual stabilize within the home. |
Assessment

In addition, a positive reinforcement support plan is developed to support the individuals ability to have an expectation for positive outcomes. This consists of desensitizing the behavior by identifying the core issues. We provide ongoing protective in-house supervision and support in the family home for as many hours as necessary. UBT will always arrive in a pair as two people to ensure success and safety for the workers, individual, and family. After assessment, we will provide you with a customized plan specified for your loved one and request to perform a certain number of hours based on crisis need and designed for optimal results.
